A: YES!! we are happy to help our international customers. We ship ALL international orders via USPS priority mail. This mode of transport is both trackable and offers delivery confirmation while being a fast and economical choice.
Q: Do You Accept Returns OR EXCHANGES?
A: We accept EXCHANGES for any reason. Please contact us via Email before returning your purchase for exchange. We ask that all tags remain attached and all exchanges be made within 60 days of purchase. If your original purchase shipped for FREE, there may be slight shipping charges for the replacement items.
There is a 15% re-stocking fee for straight returns and our original shipping costs to you will not be refunded.

A: YES!! we operate a local business by the name of Smoky Mountain Trader located in the mountains of Northeast Georgia, USA. We welcome any visitors to our beautiful area for a slower pace and a bit of relaxation!
Q: Do you sell Carhartt Factory Seconds?
A: NO!! We never sell factory seconds or merchandise that is anything but first quality merchandise straight from Carhartt!!
Q: What if I don’t see the item I am wanting??
A: We sell anything that all of the brands we represent makes. If you see it on www.carhartt.com – we either have it or we can get it for you. We make all attempts to add items to our website as they become available, but it is possible we miss things. Please ask if you don’t see what you are looking for!
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: Will I be able to see my shipping costs before I confirm my order?
A: Yes, shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
