Q: Do You Accept Returns?

A: YES!! we are happy to accept returns for any reason. Please contact us via Email before returning your purchase. We ask that all tags remain attached and all returns be made within 60 days of purchase.

A: YES!! we operate a local business by the name of Smoky Mountain Trader located in the mountains of Northeast Georgia, USA. We welcome any visitors to our beautiful area for a slower pace and a bit of relaxation!

Q: Do you sell Carhartt Factory Seconds?

A: NO!! We never sell factory seconds or merchandise that is anything but first quality merchandise straight from carhartt!!

Q: What if I don't see the item I am wanting??

A: We sell anything that Carhartt makes. If you see it on www.carhartt.com - we either have it or we can get it for you. We makes all attempts to add items to our website as they become available, but it is possible we miss things. Please ask if you don't see what you are looking for! 

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


Q: Will I be able to see my shipping costs before I confirim my order?
A: Yes, shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
